the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Nap No. 551, said monument being 1600 feet
southerly along said easterly line from Stts intersection with the Southerly line
of Indian Neck Road; from said point of beginning running along Lot 32, as shoran
on said map, N. 790 371 E.- 170.0 feet to a concrete monument and land of George
H. Bennett; thence along sold land of George H. Bennett, S. 120 561 R.- 20.0 feet
to a concrete monument; thence along other land of the party of the first part, 2
courses, as follows: (1) S. 440 261 W.- 124.15 feet to a concrete monument; thence
(2) S. 72o 371 W. - 70.0 feet to a concrete monument set on said easterly line of
said 33 foot private road; thence along said easterly line, H. 10o 23' W.- 100.0
feet to the point of beginning.

westerly corner of the premises northerly about 1700 feet to said Indian Neck Road.
