i tIeSSeth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of
One Dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States of Jnwriom, and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand well and truly paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged,and the said party of the first part being therewith fully satisfied,contented and
} paid, have given, granted, bargained, sold, aliened,released, enfeoffed, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents do give, grant bargain, sell, alien, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, forever, All that
certain lot , tract or parcel of land and premises, hereinafter particularly
described, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold
in the County of Suffolk and State of New York.
BEGINNING at a point on Little Peconic Bay which said point is the
Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Edward H. Fauth and
wife; thence Southwesterly by land of said Fauth and wife three
hundred and sixty-seven and three tenths ( 367-3/10) feet , on a line
designated by stakes set down for bounds and running North 1 degree
0 minutes East; thence Westerly by land of said Fauth and wife on a
line designated by three stakes set down for bounds and running
North 28 degrees 35 minutes East to an old wood road; thence North-
easterly by an old wood road forty eight and one tenth (48-1/10) feet;
thence Easterly by land now or formerly of Case on a line parallel
to and forty feet distant from the Westerly line and designated by
three stakes set down for bounds; thence again Easterly by land of
said Case on a line running South 1 degree 0 minutes West to a stake
set down for a bound; and thence in the same direction to Little
Peconic Bay, said last line being parallel to and one hundred and
twenty-five (125) feet distant from the Westerly line of this lot;
thence along Little Peconic Bay to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Joseph A. Wells , one of the
Parties of the First Part , by deed dated September 22, 1919, from
Jesse L. Case, widower, recorded October 25, 1919 in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office in Liber 985 of Deeds for said County, Page 270.
