BETWEEN GRACE WALTERS ZUKAS, JOIN E. W 'TERS, GEORGE M. WALTERS, HAROLD F.
WALTERS and LOUIS J. WALTERS, all residing at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the first part, and -
ELSIE M. WALTERS, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being;##AW in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded Northerly by the highway known as the Lower Road;
Easterly and Southerly by lands late of Julia Green; and Westerly by land of
Henry A. Goldsmith.
Being and intended to be the same premises eonveyed by Grace Walter to
Joseph M. Walter by deed dated September 9th, 1931), and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerks Office in liber 1525 of deeds at page 419 on September 10, 1930

Being and Intended to be the same premises of which Joseph M. 'Walter (also
known as Joseph M. Walters) died seized and possessed on June 8th, 1954, the
parties hereto being all of the distributees of the said Joseph M. Walter.
