'.ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
A plot of land bounded on the north by lands now or formerly of
!James Warnaka, on the east partly by land of Murtagh and partly by
land of Berry, on the south by lands now or formerly of H. H, Palmer,
and on the. west by a 12 foot right of way, the northwesterly corner
of said plot-being approximately 160 feet in a generally southerly
direction from the southeasterly corner of the intersection of said
right of way and Main Street, the dimensions of said plot being
96.84 feet on the north, 100 feet on the east, 115.94 feet on the
south and 100 feet on the west, all more or less, said plot consist-
ing of a quarter acre more or less, and being the southerly 100 feet
mores or less of the premises conveyed by Ernest E. Hick and Mary
Bick, his wife, to William D. Faulkner bydeeddated November 11
1927, recorded in the office of the Cl"ePk of Suffolk County, on
November 7, 1927, in Liber 1314, Page 576.
