BETWEEN WILLIAM L. WORTH, residing at Mill Lane (No Number),
Peconic, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and
WILLIAM L. WORTH and AMY T. WORTH, his wife, as tenants by the en-
tirety, residing at Greenport, N.Y.

W. Fitz; thence rynning southerly along the east side of Mill Road,
100 feet; thenoe,easterly parallel with the northerly line hereof,
about 165 feet More or less to'.the shore of Goldsmith's Inlet; thence
northerly along the shore of Goldsmith's Inlet, 100 feet, more or leas,
to the land of George W. Fitz; thence westerly 176 feet more or less
to the monument at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDING TO BE Lot 16 and about 20 feet of the norther-

Fa conic, L. I., N. Y.° filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on or
