Road, 100 feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly line

hereof, about 165 feet more or less to the shore of Goldsmith's Inlet;
thence northerly along the shore of Goldsmith's Inlet, 100 feet, more
or less, to the land of George W. Fitz; thence westerly 176 feet more
or less to the monument at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDING TO BE Lot 16 and about 20 feet of the
northerly pert of Lot 15, as shown on "Map of Property of Blanche T.
