THIS INDENTURE, made the fourth day of January, in the year
1952, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and
l existing under the laws of the State of New York and having a
(j principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street, Borough of
Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and JOSEPH M. UZMANN
and EMMA M. UZP.M.NN, his wife, both residing at Number 303 Wash-
ington Street, Hempstead, County of Nassau, and State of New York,
parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees";
U/ITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One '.
(;$1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
Yorli, bounded and described as follows;
BEGISNING at a point in the westerly side of Renney's Road
where the northerly side of Lesion Drive intersects same; thence
running South 45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds West along said
northerly side of Leeton Drive 450 feet to the point or place of
beginning of the Premises hereby described;
BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, running
thence North 40 degrees, 53 minutes, 00 seconds West 200.38 feet,
more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
thence running westwardly along said mean highwater line of Long
IslandSound 213 feet, more or less, to the point therein where th
easterly line of property now owned by Grantees intersects same;
thence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East along.
said easterly line of said property owned by Grantees 204 feet,
more pr less, to the northerly side of Leeton Drive; thence
running North 45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds East along said
northerly side of Leeton Drive 200 feet to the point or place of
beginning, hereinafter referred to as "Premises";
Said Premises, for the purpose of further identification
only, are known as Plots liumbered One (1), Two (Z), Three (3),
and Four (4) on a certain map entitled, Map of West Southold-on-
Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
owned by. Lidico Corporation, made July, 1950 by William L.
hiller, '�;;ading River, I!ew Yorl<, Professional Engineer-Land
Surveyor, liew York State License Ho. 7885, and guaranteed to the
Inter-County Title Guaranty and Nortgage Company on July 20, 1950,
and which map is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, at Riverhead, flew York; _
