Sons, Inc.; thence along said land of George W. Smith Al Sons, Inc. and along
other land of the parties of the first part and at right angles to said easterly
line of Main Road, S. 790 001 SOB E. a distance of 470 feet; running thence
S. 140 131 100 W. a distance of 23.85 feet to land of, said James A. Gildersleeve;
