THEODORE LAYMON and LATHA VANCE LAYMON, his wife, as tenants
by the entirety, both residing at 84 Gaynor Avenue, Manhasset,

tain 20 foot right of way leading westerly from the North Road to

corner of land heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part
