entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
Party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

November 10, 1927,,Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer and Land
Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y," which said map was filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on November 28th, 1927, as Map number 859, said
premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument set on the southerly side of Wells Avenue at
the Westerly corner of'Lot #10 on said map; running thence South 35
degrees 45 minutes East, a distance of 254 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence in a general
southwesterly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey
Creek to the southeasterly corner of Lot #8 on said man; running thence
North 21 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of'293 Peet, more or less,
to a monument on the southerly side of Wells Avenue; running thence
North 66 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 70 feet along the
southerly aide of Wells Avenue to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part, if any, in and to the beach, waters and lands under
water of Jockey Crook in front of and adjacent to said promises. '

Being and intended to be tho same premises conveyed by Thomas
Vitale and Antoinette Vitale, his wife, to Robert R. Johnston and
Phoebe A. Johnston, his wife, by dead dated December 7, 1949 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 12, 1949
in Libor 3026 of deeds at page 2110, and subject to the covenants and

1927, as Map Number 859, said premises being more particularly bounded
and described as follows; BEGINNING at e. monument set on the southerly

of deeds at page 90, and subject to the COVBnalts and restrictions
therein set forth.
