parcel being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at the
; southwesterly corner thereof on the northerly aide of Sound Avenue, -
N. 540 30' E, 68 feet measured along the northerly aide of Sound
Avenue from the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 11 on said map; from
said point of beginning running thence N. 350 30' W. 169.5 feet to
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence along
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound, N. 540 301 E. 58.0 feet;
running thence 8. 350 30' E. 169.5 feet to the northerly aide of
Sound Avenue; running thence along the northerly aide of Sound Avenue,
