J. TROYANO and MARGARET S. Troyano and wife on is line parallel to the first course of the premises herein described, and passing through a concrete monument set near the top of the bank S. 490 021 5011 47.- 870 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument; thence along other land of the party of the first part S. 360 571 10" W.- 100.25 feet to the point of beginning
