Hempstead, Nassau County, New York,
i party of the first part, and BRUCE ROBERT TURNER and FLORA B. TURNER, his wife,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

a Richard C. Addy and Alfred H. Cosden, running thence along Sound View
Avenue South 73 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West 130 feet to the
land now or formerly of the Estate of Joseph H. Marshall, thence along
the land of said Estate of Joseph Marshall North 11 degrees 13 minutes
50 seconds West 308.38 feet to the Northerly side of the former or
'old Sound View Avenue, thence along the Northerly side of old Sound
View Avenue South 82 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds West 144.5 feet
more or less to a monument which marks the dividing line of the land
of Richard C. Addy and the land now or formerly of the Estate of
Joseph H. Marshall, thence along the land of said Estate of Joseph H.
Marshall North 17 degrees 5 minutes 30 seconds West 480 feet more or
less to the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound, thence in a
southeasterly direction along the mean high water mark of Long Island
Sound a distance of 335.42 feet more or less to the land of Alfred H.
Cosden, thence running along the land of said Cosden South 13 degrees,
5 minutes 30 seconds East 370 feet more or less to a monument marking
the dividing line between the land of said Cosden and the land of
Richard C. Addy, thence south 11 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East
287.72 feet to the point or place of beginning. _
