WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

State of New York, bounded and described as follows;-
SEGINbJNG at a point on the easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue, 300.0 feet northerly
along said easterly line from Clearview Avenue; and running along said easterly
line of Oaklawn Avenue, North 6 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East 112.89 feet to
land conveyed, or about to be cooveyed, by the party of the first part to Joseph
Radirh; thence along said land, South 83 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 128.28
feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) South 1 degree 28 minutes 10 seconds Nest 112.88 feet; thence
(2) North 83 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds Nest 137,89 feet to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to the following covenants and restrictionst-
1. That evary dwelling house erected en said premises shall cost not lase than
Eight Thousand (48,000.) Dollars;
2. It fowl and/or animals other than the usual type of household pets are to b�
