ZU of an undivided one-third interest in and to, ALL that certain
tract, piece or parcel of land, and the buildingserected thereon, situate
at a place called Bay View ( Great Hog Neck) in the '^own of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
on the North by Highway, on the East by land of the late D.A. Horton,
and land of John H. Young ( the late formerly D.Y. Hellock, and previously
Hiram Terry) on the South by Highway, on the West by land of John B.
Fleischmann ( formerly John H. Young, and previously William Welles) con-
taining Thirteen (13) acres, be the same more or less. BEING the same
land conveyed to Nancy L. Horton by Deed of navid A. Horton, dated Nov-
ember let, 1862 and recorded in County Clerk s Office of Suffolk Oounty
in Liber 183 of deeds page 129th on 12th February 1872 also including
the land within the aforementioned boundary conveyed by Will of Silas
Horton to Nancy L. Horton, said Will being dated November 25th, 1880
probated November 16th, 1885 and recorded in Liber 19- 584,
Excepting therefrom a portion of the above described premises conveyed b
Adelaide L. Thorne to Flamer H. Thorne by deed dated January l5th,1918
and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Suffolk County on the 22nd day
of December 1953 , which portion is described as follows:
BEGINNING on the north side of Bay View Road at the division line between
lands of J.N. Dickinson ( formerly John P. Fleischmann) and lands conveTe
to the party of the first part by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk s
Office in Liber 443 of Deeds page 239 on the first day of September 1896;
running thence northerly along the easterly line of said lands ofJN
Dickinson two hundred seventy-five feet; thence easterly parallel-or bearLy
