lawful money of the United States, and Other valuable consideration, paid
by the party of the sewnd.part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and.being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known as Lots 36 and 37 on a certain map entitled.
"Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Now
York," said map being duly filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 10th, 1927, as-%up J4834.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way-for passage on foot over other
lands of Louise Pond Jewell which right-of-way shall be over a "trip
of land three (3) feet in width on the southerly aide of land of
said Louise Pond Jewell adjoining the northerly line of land of
Frederick R. Teves and wife and running from the westerly aide of
Hobart Road to high water mark of Town Creek and covering a portion
of lots 120 and 119 as laid down on said map.
TOGETHIM with all right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to Hobart Road in front of and adjacent to
said gnemiaee.
Being V4h same promisee conveyed by Louise Pond Jewell to the
grantors herein under deed dated the 15th day of July, 1936, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 16, 1936, in
Liber 1871. Page 325 of Conveyances.

and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and
known and designated on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of
Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." Otto
W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on ::ay 10th, 1927, as Lisp No.834 as
part of lot number 119 and a part of lot number 120 on said map,
being more particularly described as follows:- BEGINNING at a
stake set on the westerly line of Hobart Road as shown on said map,
at a point 11.78 feet southerly along said line from the north-
easterly corner of said lot number 120, and being the northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Frederick W. Teves; running
thence along said land now or formerly of Teves, two coursee:
FIRST: 3.42°24'40"W.-.176.77 feet to a stake; thence
SECOND: S.3Sc31120"W.-25feet,.more or less, to ordinary
high water mark of Town Creek; thence northwesterly along said
ordinary high water mirk of Town Creek, about 3 feet; thence on a
line parallel to said northerly line of land now or formerly of
Teves, and at all pointe distant 4.0 feet northerly therefrom, two
