And this conveyance Is made subject to a first mortgage on the premises for ($6,800. now reduced to $4,848.961 (Liber 1893 mp 504) and held by Southold Savings Bank, which mortgage the parties of the second part assume and agree to pay as part Of the Consideration for this conveyance. -
