of land conveyed to Stephen 0. Salmon and Florence S. Beebe by Nilliem Albert Selma
and Millicent Salmon, his wife, by deed dated June 51 1946); running thence along the
(. northerly line of Sound View Aveete North 87 degrees E2 minutes 30 seconds Nest a
distance of 100.0 feet; running thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes EO seconds Nest a
distance of 310 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
running thence Easterly along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound a diat-
once of 100 feet, more or less; running thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds
East a distance of 325 feet, more or leas, to the point or place of beginning.
TBGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the
first part in and to Sound View Avenue in front of and abutting said premises to the
center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the
first part In and to the beach, waters and lands under rater of Long Island Sound 1n
front of and abutting said premises.
