land lying, being and situate at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:-
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of Main Road at the south-
easterly corner of the premises herein described, and being 577.0 feet westerly
along said northerly line of Main Road from a concrete monument set at the
southeasterly corner of land of Anton Stelzer and wife adjoining land of Joseph
Ovslenik, from said ataka running along said northerly line of 1(ain Road, 5, 56o
151 W.- 155.0 feet to a stake; thence along land of Anton Stelzer and wife, three
courses, as follows:-
(1) N. 59e 081 W.- 175.0 feet to a stake; thence
(5) N. 660 151 E.- 155.0 feet to a stake; thence
(3) S. 590 081 R.— 175.0 feet to the point of beglaning.
