WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State
of New York, described as follows, bounded northerly by Great Pond,
so called; easterly by land now or formerly belonging to the heirs
of William Terry, deceased, the said easterly boundary line being
now also the center line of the roadway known as Kenny Road; south—
erly by land now or formerly of Frederick K. Terry; and westerly by
land now or formerly of Lydia R. Tuthill, containing by estimation
ten (10) acres be the same more or less.
