easterly corner of the premises herein described, and being 277.0 feet westerly
along said northerly line of Main Road from a concrete monument set at the
southeasterly ecrner of land of the parties of the first part adjoining land of
Joseph Ov_sianik, from said stake running along said northerly line of Main Road,
S. 56o 121 W.- 125.0 feet to a stake; thence along land of the parties of the
first part, three courses, as fhsllows.

(2) N. 560 121 E.- 125.0 feet to a stake; thence
(3) S. Ego 081 Be- 175.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
