Stott, deceased, residing at No. 42-80 149th Street, Flushing, Queens County, New York, party of the first pare,and ROBERT L. STOTT, residing at Red Ground Road (no number), Old Westbury, Nassau County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Dollar Il,($1.00) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Aw{= I lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid a by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the State of New York, County of Suffolk and that part =,of the Town of Southold, known as Bay View and bounded and des- eribed as follows: TRACT ONE: IN NG at a point on Shelter Island Sound where the land l,being described ,Joins the land of Maria Hallock or/and J. Stott and the undersigned, Annie Leslie Stott, his wife, Iby Deed dated September 26, 1932 and recorded September 28, 1932, lin the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1675 of Conveyances at page 121, the said Robert W. Stott having died a resident of the County of Queens on December 20, 1955.
