Langham now of Edward A. Lademann and Mildred A. Ladomann, his wife; running thence along said land last mentioned North thirty-six (36) degrees, fifty-oight (58) minutes, forty (40) seconds East three hundred sixty (360) feet, more or loss, to ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence in a general southeasterly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Crook about two hundred sevonty (270) feet to the westerly line of land quit-claimed by Ethel G. Gildersleeve, deceased, to the party of the first part, by deed dated April 13th, 1946, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 15th, 1946 at 1:19 P.M. in Libor 2551 of Deeds at page 261.
