ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
at Pine Neck, near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of Now York, bouadod and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of Pine
Neck Road at the southeasterly corner of land formerly of Louis
Kremer, now of Joseph Mailes; running thence along said land last
mentioned the two following courses and distances, to wit: (1) North
four (4) degrees, thirty-one (31) minutes East three hundred dighty
(380) feet to a concrete monument and (2) North eig,ty-four (84)
degrees, nine (9) minutes, fifty (50) seconds West one hundred twenty.
eight and twenty-nine hundredths (128.29) feet to a concrete monument
set in the southeasterly corner of land formerly of Marion L. Langham
now of Edward A. Lademann and Mildred A. Ladomann, his wife; running
thence along said land last mentioned North thirty-six (36) degrees,
fifty-oight (58) minutes, forty (40) seconds East three hundred
sixty (360) feet, more or loss, to ordinary high water mark of Jockey
Creek; running thence in a general southeasterly direction along
said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Crook about two hundred
sevonty (270) feet to the westerly line of land quit-claimed by Ethel
G. Gildersleeve to Geneva Barnes by dead dated August 19, 1936 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 20, 1936 in
Liber 1878 of deeds at page 420; running thence along the westerly
line of land last mentioned the two following courses and distances,
to wit: (1) South twenty-seven (27) degrees, fifty-nano (59) minutes,
twenty (20) seconds West one hundred fifty-two (152) feet, more or
loss, to a stake .and (2) South eight (8) degrees, eleven (11) minutes,
thirty (30) seconds West one hundred eighty (180) foot to a concrete
monument set in the northeasterly corner of land of Servatius; runn-
ing thence along said last mentioned land the two following courses
and distances, to wit: (1) North eighty-threo (83) degrees, forty- ..
five (45) minutes West one hundred sixty-two (162) feet to a concrete
monument and (2) South eight (8) degrees, eleven (11) minutes, thirty
(30) seconds West two hundred twelve (212) foot to a concrete monu-
ment set in a northerly line of Pine Nock Road; running thence along
the northerly line of said fine Nock Road North eighty-threo-(83)
degrees, forty-five (45) minutes West twenty (20) feet to the point X
or place of beginning.

twenty-nine hundredths (126.29) feet from a concrete monument set in
the :awthoasterly corner of said land of Hailes; running thence South

along a said northerly line of land of Mails& one hundred twenty-ei0rt
and twenty-nine hundredths (128.29) feet to the monument set in the
northeasterly corner thereof; running thence south eighty-six (86)
degrees, twenty-six (26) minutes East thirteen and eighty-six.hmdredth=
(13.66) feet to a point; running thence North twonty-six (26) degrees,
twenty-seven (27) minutes, thirty (30) seconds West to the point of
Intersection of the extension easterly of a line drawnparallel to and
distant twelve (12) feet northerly as measured at right angles thereto
from the said northerly line of lend of Joseph Mailes; running thence
westerly along said last mentioned line one hundred twenty-sever and '

Neck Road at the southwesterly corner of land of Servatius; running

(121 feet wide, hereinabove described and excepted.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by James A.
Gildersleeve as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Ethel G.
Gildersleeve, deceased, to the party of the first part, by deed dated
April 13th, 1946, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
April 15th, 1946 at 1:19 P.M. in Libor 2551 of Deeds at page 261.
