ALL that certain tract, parcel or piece of land, lying, being and t

in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and F

3 BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of a 50 foot private
road, hereinafter described, at the northerly corner of land conveyed,
or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to Alfon A. s

TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot private road from
the northerly corner of the premises hereinabove described in a general
southwesterly or southerly direction about 1575 feet over land of the '.
1 party of the first part to the northerly end of Paradise Point Roads
TOGETHER with a right of way in and over all roads, as they may
be constructed or are presently constructed, including the right of 1-
way hereinbefore mentioned, on the entire tract owned by the party of !tt
the first part, a portion of which comprises the premises hereinabove ..
described, which tract is known as Paradise Point in said Southold.
Reserving to the party of the first part, his successors and assigns, 4
the right to change, alter, amend or withdraw any road or right of way
either now laid out, including the right of way bereinbefore mentionedy
or to be laid out, so long as normal ingress and ogress, is provided to
and from the afore-described premises to the Public Highway known as
Paradise Point Road.
