ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BECINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of a pro-
posed highway to be known as "Ed's Road" with the westerly line of a
proposed highway to be known as a3umnit Drive," said northerly line
of "Ed's Road" being parallel to and 382 feet distant northerly from
thenortherly line of Main Bayview Road, measured at right angles
thereto, and said westerly line of "Summit Drive" being parallel to
and 1450 feet distant westerly from the westerly line (or its extension
southerly) of land of Frank Stelzer, measured at right angles thereto;
from the said point of beginning running westerly along said northerly
line of "Edge Road" 80 feet; thence along land of the party of the
first part, two couraes, as follows: (1) northerly on a line parallel
to said westerly line of "Su mnit Drive" 150 foot• thence (2) easterly
on a line parallel to said northerly line of "Edna Road" 80 feet;
thence southerly along said westerly line of "Summit Drive" 150 feet
