near Southold, In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follors:-
BMINNINO at a point on the southerly side of the Main South Road, which point
Is at the intersection of the westerly side of the tract of land conveyed by Philip
H.Hortm and wife to Edwin B. Decals by deed dated August 2E, 1930, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerks Office in Liber 1523 of Deeds at page 101 on August 28,1930,
and the southerly side of said Main Highway and running thence easterly along the
southerly side of said Main Highway a distance of one hundred thirty-file (135)feet
to a point; thence running southerly and on a line parallel with the westerly boun-
dary line of land conveyed by Philip H. Horton and wife to Edwin B. Dennis as efore-
said, and at all points distant one hundred thirty-five (135) feet therefrom to high
water mark of Budd's Pond, so called; thence running westerly along high water mark
Of Budd's Pond, so celled, to the westerly aide of the premises conveyed by Philip H
Borton and wife to Edwin B. Dennis, as aforesaid, and thence northerly along the
westerly line of premises last mentioned to the southerly side of the Nein Highway
at the point or place of beginning.
