parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,all
that tract, piece or parcel of lend, together with the buildings and improvements
thereon, lying, being and situate at Peconie, In the Tow of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of Now York, and being more particularly bounded end described as

BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly lino of Main Road at the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described and being 277.0 feet westerly along said
northerly line of Main Road from a concrete monument set at the southeasterly corner
of land of the parties of the first part adjoining land of Joseph Ovsianlk, from
said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of premises heretofore con-
veyed by the parties of the first part to Prank Stelzer by deed dated September 192
1952, and recorded in the Suffolk County Olerk(s Office in llber 5483 of deeds at
page 276; running thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly line of
lands of said Frank Stelzer a distance of 150 feet; running thence in a general east-
erly direction along other lands of the parties of the first pert on a line parallel
to the northerly line of said Main Road a distance of 277 feet, more or less, to the
westerly line of lands of said Joseph Ovsianik; running thence in a general southerly
direction along the westerly line of the land of said Joseph Ovsinnik a distance of
119J feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said lain Road; running thence In a
general westerly direction along the northerly line of said Main Road a distance of
277 feet W the point or place of beginning.
