ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvesents thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the easterly line of a 20 foot
right of way, hereinafter described, which said point of beginning
is 120 feet southerly along said easterly line from an iron pipe
setat the intersection of said line with the northerly boundary
of land formerly of the seller, now owned by the buyer, said inter-
section being 486.69 feet northwesterly along said boundary line
from its intersection with the land of Jonathan Overton; said point
of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land conveyed by the
seller to the buyer by deed dated 1952 (lot 2); running thence
along the last described land S. 850 1D'40" E. 192.07 feet to an
iron pipe; thence along other land of the seller, two courses, as
follows: (1) S. 250 10' W. 28.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(2) S. 850 08'40" W. 165.28 feetto an iron pipe on the easterly
line of said 20 foot right of way; thence along said line of said
right of way, two courses, as follows: (1) N. 220 30' W.49.90
feet to an iron pipe; thence (2) N. 250 10' E.10.10 feet to the
point of beginning.
