Clerk of the County of Suffolk, December 9, 1952, in Liber 3448 of Deeds at page 41,
N. 75031'40" W. - 183.18 feet to the southeasterly line of said 20 foot right of way;
thence along said southeasterly line, N. 25010' E. - 60.0 feet to the point of beginning.
