BETWEEN IUEMD P. PURCHLL, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and
JULIUS RAGUSIN and KATHERINE RAGUSIN, his wife, as tenants by the entirety,
both residing at 3125 33rd Street, Long Island City, New York,
party of the second part,
WrIT ESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village and Tom of Southold, Coueety of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly side or line of Hummel Avenue
with the easterly boundary line of lend formenly of Joseph Turner, running thence
northerly along the easterly line of land of said Turner 107 feet more or less
to land formerly of Frederick G. Prince and wife, thence easterly along land of
- said Prince and wife, 60 feet more or lees, thence southerly along land formerly
of George W. Smith and others to the northerly side of Hummel Avenue, thence west-
erly along the northerly side of Hummel Avenue 50 feet more or lase to the point
or place of beginning. The easterly and westerly side of the premises hereby con-
i i veyed being parallel and 50 feet apart.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Nelson T. Dickinson to
Gerard P. Purcell by dead dated August WI 1948s and recorded in the Suffolk
Cotatty Clark's Office on September 27, 1948 In Liber 2877 of Deeds at page 879.
