his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bay-
I view, in the Town ofSouthold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of Cedar Beach Road, a private
road 27 feet wide, (Which said private road adjoins on the south Cedar Beach Road,
a town road 33 feet wide, which said private road and said Town road together makes
one single highway of 60 feet wide,) which point of beginning is distant 27 feet South-
erly from the Northeasterly corner of Lot No. 174 as measured along the Easterly
line of said lot, as said lot is shown on "Subdivision map, Cedar Beach Park" which
map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 20, 1927 as Map No. "
90; and from said point of beginning.
RUNNING THENCE Easterly 130 feet along the Southerly line of Cedar Beach
Road, a private road 27 feet wide;
THENCE Southat right angles to said road 135 feet to a point about in the cen-
ter of a dredged canal leading to Cedar Beach Harbor;
THENCE Westerly through said dredged canal and parallel with Cedar Beach
Road 130 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot No. 174 on said Map No. 90; and
THENCE Northerly along said last mentioned lot, 135 feet to the point or place °
