!,R. Young, P.E. & L.S. entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bay
View, L.I., N.Y, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y."
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead,
N.Y. on July let, 19311 as Map #631.
BEING the same premises conveyed by Leslie Van Dusan Jewell
to George E. Valentine, by dead dated June 14th 1935, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clark's Office in Liber 1617, Page 276 of
Conveyances June 24th, 1935• Said George E. Valentine died a resident
of Hempstead, Nassau County, Idew York, April 28th, 1950, Nassau
Surrogate's No. 57795.
