at Horton's Point, near Southold, in the Town of Southold/County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
cBEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly terminus of a certain 50
foot right of way (which point is the westerly corner of land hereto-
fore conveyed to Vera A. Neslage); running thence in a northwesterly
direction along the easterly terminus of said right of way and along
' land of Henry McCabe, North 640 501 West 526.55 feet, more or'less,
to ordinary high water mark of Lou, Island Sound; running thence
