RUNNING thence along the southerly line of land now or
formerly of C. Dwight Baker, on a course bearing south 66 degrees
57 minutes 10 seconds east, and through a concrete monument, a distance
of 560 feet to the mean highwater mark of Shelter Island Sound;
THENCE along the waters of Shelter Island Sound, along a
tie line on a course bearing south 36 degrees 26 minutes west, a
distance of 432.24 feet to land now or formerly of Anne Currie-Bell;

feet to aconcrete monument in the southerly line of land now or
formerly of Paradise Point, Inc.;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, the following two

to a concrete monument; and
