ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGIPQAINB at an iron pipe set on the northerly line of a 20 _
foot right of way leading westerly from North Bayview Road, at the
southeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by F. uarold Sayre
and Ray I. Youn to Robert Malgraff, said pipe being 150.0 feet
westerly along said northerly line from a monument at the south-
westerly corner of land of Charles McNeilly; and runnin:,' along said
land of Malgraff and passing thru an iron pipe, North 29 degrees 12
minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 235 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek; thence easterly along said
high water mark, 75 feet, more or less; thence along other land of
the parties of the first part and parallel with the easterly boundary
line of said land of Malgraff, South 29 deE.rees 12 minutes 40 seconds
East, a distance of 2.s'5 feet, more or less, to said northerly line
of said 20 foot right of way; thence alone said northerly line, South
bl decrees 47 minutes 20 seconds west, a distance of 75.0 feet to the
point or place of beginning, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl &
Son, Licensed Landes Surveyors, dated November 3, 1955 r y
