THIS INDENTURE, made this day of April, 1952 between
ELLIS T. TARRY, residing at Fishel Avenue, Riverhead, Town of
Riverhead, Suffolk County, Now York, as Administrator with the Wil
annexed of the goods, chattels and credits which ware of Emelie
Kozakowski, also known as Amelia Kozakowski, Emelie Kosakoski and
Emilia Kosakoaki, deceased, party of the first part, and F. H.
ROBINSON, JR., residing at Indian Neck, Peconic, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part;

IMIIEA.5, the Surrogate of Suffolk County, by an order made
and entered on the 25th day of February, 1952, authorized, direct"
-- - ed and empowered the party of the first part to execute, admowled e
and deliver to F. H. Robinson, Jr. a deed of the real property
hereinafter described pursuant to the terms of a certain contract
of sale entered into between the party of the first part and the
party of the second part and which contract, by the terms of the
aforesaid order, was in all respects approved, ratified and con-
firmed;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand
and 00/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars to him paid by the party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party
of the first part, by virtue of his authority as Administrator
with the Will annexed as aforesaid, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever:
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon, in the western part of the
=incorporated village of Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bound-
ad northerly by land now or formerly of Martin Kulick
and wife, easterly by the highway known as Bowery Lane;
southerly by land late of Philip Feldman, deceased; and
westerly by land of Wilhelmina Kramer, supposed to con-
tain about 1/2 acre of land, be the same more or less,
and intended to be the same premises described in a deed
from Leon Stepanoski and Alice Stepanoski, his wife, to
Joseph Kosakoski and Emelie Kosakoski, his wife, dated
September 18, 1917, recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 955 of deeds at page 463 on the
24th day of September, 1917.
