BETWEEN JAMBS P. DIVLF and HLI2AHHTH B, Dt PDLP, his wife, both residing
at 11 Ridgeview Avenue, Mite Plains, New York,
party of the first part,and
GEORGE W. PETERSON, and NELLIR M. PHPRRSON, his wife, as tenants by the entirety,both
residing at 333 Union Avenue, Westbury, New York,
party of the second part,
'WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in considerstion of

lawful money of the United States, and other good end valuable consideration, pard
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being~ at Southold, In the Town of Southold, County of Suf iblk and
- State of New.York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly line of a certain 16.5
foot right of way at the southwesterly comer of land of Sabin and the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described; end running along said northeasterly line
of said 16.5 foot right of way north 45 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds west 125.0
feet; thence along land of Buncombe and passing through a concrete monument set near
the top of the bank, north 54 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds east 185 feet, more or
less, to the ordinary high water mark of Tom Creek (else known, as Jockey Creek);
thence southeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek 130 feet
more or less; thence along land conveyed by L. Harron Hill and Adelaide H. H1113 his
wife, to Sabin by deed dated January 17, 1951, South 57 degrees 09 minutes 3J seconds
west 169 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
