York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING on the Northerly
side of Sound View Avenue at a point where the same would be inter-
socted by a line running N. 30 23t 00" E. from the Northerly side of
Sound View Avenue to mean highwater mark of Long Island Sound, at a
distance throughout its length of 66-1/2 feet from the easterly
boundary of land of C. Posy, running thence (1) from the said point
of beginning along the line just mentioned to mean high water mark
of Long Island Sound; thence running (2) in an easterly direction
along the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound to a line parallel
with the first mentioned line and distant therefrom 66-1/2 feet;
running thonce (3) in a southerly direction along the line just men-
tionod to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and running thence
(4) in a westerly direction along the northerly aide of Sound View
Avenue to the point of beginning.
