Avenue at the intersection of the Westerly line or side of land of
Smith and Sound View Avenue and running thence in a Southeasterly direc-
tion along the Westerly line or side of Smith a distance of 1000 feet,
more or less, to land now or formerly of Haynes Estate; running thence
in a Nesterly direction along land now or formerly of Haynes Estate, as
it winds and turns, a distance of 435 feet, more or less, to other lands
now or formerly of Haynes Estate; running thence in a Northwesterly
direction along lands now or formerly of Haynes Estate and Dayton a
distance of 1450 feet, more or less to the Southerly side of Sound View
Avenue and running thence Easterly along the Southerly side of Sound
View Avenue, a distance of 562 feet, more or less, to the point or
place of beginning, and containing about 12vp acres.
