running thence northerly along lands formerly of Susie D. Goldsmith,
North 7 degrees 18 minutes East a dlstence of 222.0 feet, more or
loss, to ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence
along ordinary high water mark of Jockey Crack, South 78 degrees 07
minutes East, a distance of 50.16 feet, more or less, to land formerly
Q of L. May Newbold; running thence southerly along said land £ormorly
of L. May Newbold, South 7 degrees 18 minutes West, a distance of
218.0 feet, more or loss, to the point or place of beginning.
