Elmer, Easterly by lands formerly of Lucretia Glover, deceased, Southerly by land formerly of Michael McCabe, and Westerly by land formerly of Sohn Butler and containing by estimation Five and twenty-four one hundredths of an acre, and the Easterly line of slid piece of land is to run parallel to the Westerly line thereof at a distance of Two Hundred and Seventy feet therefrom and being or intended to be the Westerly third of a piece of woodland of which the said Lucretia Glover died seized and possessed, subject however, to a richt of way along the Southerly line of the premises hereby conveyed for the owners of the remaining two-thirds of said woodland formerly belonging to said Lucretia Glover.
