All that certain piece or
parcel of land situate and lying at Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, and bounded and
described as follows: Northerly by land formerly of the heirs of
Cordello D. Elmer, Easterly by lands formerly of Lucretia Glover,
deceased, Southerly by land formerly of Michael McCabe, and Westerly
by land formerly of Sohn Butler and containing by estimation Five
and twenty-four one hundredths of an acre, and the Easterly line of
slid piece of land is to run parallel to the Westerly line thereof
at a distance of Two Hundred and Seventy feet therefrom and being
or intended to be the Westerly third of a piece of woodland of which
the said Lucretia Glover died seized and possessed, subject however,
to a richt of way along the Southerly line of the premises hereby
conveyed for the owners of the remaining two-thirds of said woodland
formerly belonging to said Lucretia Glover.
