in the Town of Southold, Comity of Suffolk and State of Now York,
bounded and described as .follows:- Northerly by land now or formerly
of Josiah C. Case and Ency C. Davison; Westerly by land now or formerly
of Josiah C. Case and Ency 0. Davison; again Northerly by land late of
James Overton, deceased; Easterly by land late of Charles E. Case;
Southerly by land late of William A. Haynes, deceased, and Westerly
partly by land late of William A. Haynes, deceased and partly by land
late of Charles Haynes, 'decoased.
TOGETHER with a right of way leading thereto from the Public Highway
through or across the land of William A. Haynes or elsewhere, which the
said party of the first part and his grantors have heretofore held, used
and enjoyed to the said lands and promises hereby conveyed, and togother
with any other rights of way to the said premises from the Public Highwa
and subject to existing rights of way over said premises, if any, shown
in prior conveyances.
Peing and intended to be the same promises heretofore convoyed to Epher
W. Haynes by the following two deeds: (1) from Gilbert He Terry and
wife dated December 13, 1927 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's
office in Liber 1321 of deeds at page 102; and (2) from Josiah C. Case
and another dated December 13, 1927 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 1321 of deeds at page 98.
EXCEPTING that portion of the said promises conveyed by Epher W. Haynds
to Josiah C. Case and Ency 0. Davison by deed dated December 13, 1926
L, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office in Liber 1321 of deeds
at page 100.

Vneing and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Epher W. Haynes, un.
rried, ttard G. Tuthill by deed dated May 1930 and recorded in the

930, and being the same promises conveyed by Howard G. Tuthill and wife to
Charles W. Hubbard by deed dated May 7, 1937 and recorded in the Suffolk
I County Clark's Office in Liber 1987 of deeds at page 432 on June 9; 1938,

Now York, bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by land now or
formerly of Dayton; Easterly by land now or formerly of Tobey; Southerly
and Westerly by lands now or formerly of Haynes, containing approximately

TOGETHER with any and all rights of way loading thereto from the Public

III which the party of the first part and his grantors have heretofore held,
