party of the first part,and TOWNSEND B. PETTIT and CLARA POST PETTIT, his wife,
residing at 15 Westbury Road, Garden City, Nassau Co>mty,New York, as
tenants by the entirety,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first Dirt,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Tow of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and esexibed
as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set an the northerly line of Sound View Avenue
' about 1500 feet west o: Clark Road, being the eohtheastedy corner of land of
the party of the second part and the southwesterly corner of land of the party
of the first part; and running along said land of the party of the second part
and passing thru a stake, N 20 39100eE.-258.82 feet to the ordinary high water
merk of Long Island Sound; thence along said ordinary high water mark of Long
Island Sound, 5.610 31150mE.- 24.09 feet; thence along said land of the party
of the first part and passing three marble monument, 8.70 381 30^11.-249.28
feet to the point of beginning.
Being part of the property conveyed to the party of the first part by dead
dated Jute 19th, 1933 made by Charles H. Zimmer and Edna G. Zimmer, his wife,
of Lynbrook, Nassau County, New York, to the party of the first part, and re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk Co®ty, on the:21st day of Jose,
t 1933, in Liber 1718 of conveyances, at page 4'N..
