THIS INDENTURE, made the twenty-seventh day of August,

50 degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds East 362.97 feet; running
thence South 34 degrees, 14 minutes, 30 seconds West 100.41
feet; running thence North 50 degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds
= West 372 feet to the southerly side of North Sea Drive;
running thence along said southerly side of North Sea Drive,
'- North 39 degrees, 24 minutes, 00 seconds East 100 feet to the

parcel is designated as Plot Numbered Thirty-seven (37) by a
certain survey of Wm. L. Miller, Licensed Surveyor, Wading
River, New York, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title
Guaranty and Mortgage Company, July 210 1947.
