it by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,

dated February 25, 1935 and filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on March 25 1935, as Map #1178• the said lot being
bounded westerly by Old Shdpyard Road, northeriy by Lot 96A, easter-
ly by portions of the westerly boundaries of Lots E and C, southerly
by Lot 98A, and measuring seventy-five (75) feet on the westerly and
easterly boundaries and one hundred eighty (180) feet on the northerly
and southerly boundaries.
