Van Tuyl, dated February 25, 1935 and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 25 1935, as Map #1178• the said lot being bounded westerly by Old Shdpyard Road, northeriy by Lot 96A, easter- ly by portions of the westerly boundaries of Lots E and C, southerly by Lot 98A, and measuring seventy-five (75) feet on the westerly and easterly boundaries and one hundred eighty (180) feet on the northerly and southerly boundaries.
