line of a proposed highway to be know as nPark Way"; thence along said westerly line of
"Park Way" S. 6o 451 50" W.- 165.0 feet; thence along lend conveyed, or about to be con-

angles to said westerly line of "Park Way" N. 830 141 1011 W.- 120.0 fast to said lend
of Goubeaud; thence along said land of Goubeaud, N. Go 451 60" E.- 165.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
