THIS INDENTURE, made the day of
nineteen hundred and fifty-three BETWEEN CEDRIC H. 11ICKHAM and
LARETTA S. 7'10KHAM, his wife, both residing at Mattituck, Suffol

bounded and described as follows:

ginning; thence easterly and along the southerly line of

The streets and roadways above referred to are shown and
laid out upon a certain map entitled tiAP OF LAUGLING 'NATER,
SOUTHOLD, LONG ISLANL, NE"! YORK, made from actual surveys com-
pleted June 30, 1938 and plotted by Daniel R. Young, P.E. & L.S.
and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July
24, 1941 as Map #917-
