HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 3602 P 44 7 THIS INDENTURE, made the second day of October, in the year 1953, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York and having a erincipal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street, Borough of Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and ALEXANDER ORR, JR. and LOIS L. ORR, his wife, both residing at Number 44 Wyatt Road, Garden City, County of Nassau, and State of New York, parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees"; WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a concrete monument, marking the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Lake Drive with the east- . erly side of Lake Court; thence running northeastwardly along said southerly side of Lake Drive 947.96 feet to the paint where the westerly side of the Premises hereby described intersects same; thence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 199 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton, formerly known as Great Pond,,at the point or place of beginning of the Y - Premises hereb des ribed� BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence running North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds West 199 feet, ore or less, to the southerly side of Lake Drive; thence running e stwardly along said southerly side of Lake Drive 26.81 feet; hence running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 176 set, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton; hence running westwardly along said mean highwater line of Lake eeton, as it winds and turns, to the point or place of beginning; ereinafter referred to as "Premises"; Said Premises, fob the purpose of further identification only, re known as the easterly one-half (}) of Plot 221 on a certain map ntltled,.
