road, hereinafter described; and running along said center line of said 20 foot

the westerly line of which is the easterly boundary line of the premises herein-
above described and the easterly line of which is parallel with and 10 feet east-
erly therefrom, measured at right angles thereto.
SUBJECT to a right of way 10 feet in width over the easterly and of the �
