Nook, North 29 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East, a dis- tance of 100.0 feet to the southerly line of a proposed highway to be known as "Ed's Road"; thence along the southerly line of said 'I "Ed's Road," South 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 76.25 feet to the easterly line of a proposed highway to be known as "Colonial Road"; thence along land of Michaels South 29 degrees ' 57 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 110.77 feet to said land - of Edson; thence along said land of Edson, two courses, as follows; (1) North 51 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 71.50 feet; thence (2) North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 5.57 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a right of way over said proposed highway to be known as "Ed's Road" '( from the northeasterly corner of the promises westerly about.700 feet, thence southerly over a proposed highway to be known as "Victoria Road" about 330 feet to Main Bayview Road. The party of the first part reserves the right to dedicate the aforesaid roads known as "Ed's Road" and "Victoria Road" to the Town of Southold as public highways, and the right to the we of said rights of way is subject and subordinate to such right of dedication; and the party of the second part, by the acceptance of the deed hereundor, consents to G such dedication and release$ the Town of Southold from any liability far damages by reason thereof* TOGETAER with the right to the use, in common with others, of ' a-strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement to Core9T Creek, said ( strip of land being bounded on the easterly by land of Edson and on the westerly by land of Toedter and Dickinson.
